The Technical Recruiter (Education Sector) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for teaching and academic roles across Monglish International Academy. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified teachers with international teaching credentials (TEFL, CELTA, or DELTA preferred).
The role requires someone with a solid understanding of English language education, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify top teaching talent that aligns with the academy’s values and standards. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teachers, trainers, and academic positions.
- Collaborate with academic and HR leadership to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through online databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring panels to ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Communicate with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and teacher engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, English, HR, or a related field
. - TEFL / CELTA / DELTA certification is highly preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in teacher recruitment or academic hiring
. - Strong knowledge of ELT (English Language Teaching) roles and certifications.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Odoo HR, or similar HR systems.
- Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days/week
- Compensation: Competitive salary +KPIS
