• Manage HR Processes: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Support Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance management, promotions, and career development initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and support audits and reporting requirements.
• HR Systems & Data: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and track key HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Champion Company Culture: Promote The RV Shop’s values and ensure HR practices reinforce a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
• Support Learning & Development: Assist in training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and professional growth opportunities.
