What You’ll Do- Manage HR Processes: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Support Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance management, promotions, and career development initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and support audits and reporting requirements.
- HR Systems & Data: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and track key HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Champion Company Culture: Promote The RV Shop’s values and ensure HR practices reinforce a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
- Support Learning & Development: Assist in training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and professional growth opportunities.
- A people-focused professional who enjoys supporting teams and improving processes.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working across departments.
- Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.
- Knowledgeable about employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development.
- Experienced in HR administration, benefits, payroll coordination, or talent management.
