The Christina School District is seeking a Recruitment/Retention Specialist to lead strategic recruitment and retention initiatives, leveraging data and partnerships to attract, hire, and retain a diverse, highly qualified workforce.
This 12-month position will report to the Supervisor of Human Resources and will work with district leaders, schools, higher ed institutions, and community partners to promote the district as an employer of choice.
