Metric Bio are proud to be exclusively working alongside a highly-regarded, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Biotech, on an essential hire for a multi-site HRBP.
My client is a leading partner to Bio Pharma globally, with sites & manufacturing operations across Europe, Asia & North America - this is an incredible opportunity to be part of a growing team.
The role in short:- Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Support talent development, succession and workforce planning.
- Coach and train managers/supervisors on HR policies and leadership best practices.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for the business unit.
- Own the performance management cycle, including reviews, development plans and merit processes.
- 4Y+ relevant experience, with proven experience directly supporting key internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Leadership - PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Confident operating as an autonomous / standalone HR partner.
- Strong knowledge of US employment law, HR policy & compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge in employee relations & investigations
This is an on-site, 5-days a week position, within their site in Newark, Delaware.
