We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst (Business/Data Analyst) for a Delaware-based onsite project. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Role:Functional Analyst (Business/Data Analyst)
Location:
New Castle, DE 19270 - Onsite: 1902 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, Delaware
- This is an Onsite-only position for the Delaware project.
- The role is highly client-facing, requiring strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Integrated Eligibility (IE) background is preferred but not mandatory. The project is based on a Microsoft .NET environment.
- Preferred technical experience includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong data analysis skills are required, specifically SQL and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT support, and stakeholder coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
