To provide real-time on-site technical support for academic and administrative teams, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure and educational systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Responsibilities- Ensure LMA Functions without distribution
- Install and configure software as needed for users.s
- Coordinate with IT Admin for major network outages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or application support
- Familiarity with educational or business platforms (e.g., Moodle, Odoo, Zoho, SAP).
