Job Description
- Define and drive performance testing strategy for applications.
- Design and execute load, stress, spike, and endurance testing for large scale systems.
- Lead performance analysis to identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Use performance and monitoring tools to interpret system behavior and trends.
- Validate solutions against performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Provide go / no go recommendations for releases based on performance risk assessment.
- Deliver clear performance reports and insights to technical and managerial stakeholders.
- Define and improve performance engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $107,000 per year
