• Conduct complex risk assessments of insured properties and operations to support underwriting decisions
• Identify potential risk exposures and formulate strategic recommendations to mitigate risks
• Analyze loss data to identify trends and implement tailored loss prevention programs
• Provide advanced technical guidance and training for clients on safety practices and regulatory compliance
• Deliver joint marketing presentations in collaboration with underwriting, claims, and sales teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or a related field within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Advanced analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of company policies and industry laws and regulations

• Completion of or progress toward a professional designation such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
• Experience in providing technical advice and support to management and other departments
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify problems and recommend effective solutions
