Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Repair & Returns Coordinator to join their team. As a Repair & Returns Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the procurement and supply chain operations, supporting the efficient management of repair services and end-to-end procurement activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

** Shift:
** First Shift - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
** What's the Job?*
* + Manage end-to-end procurement activities for UTEX and repair services, ensuring timely execution and supplier performance.
+ Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and repair documentation.
+ Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely repair shipments.
+ Maintain and update procurement systems, review requisitions, and monitor supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
+ Track supplier performance, delivery metrics, and ensure adherence to workflow turnaround time KPIs for repair processes.
** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in procurement, supply chain, buying, or operations, preferably supporting repair or service programs.
+ Strong ability to manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements.
+ Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
