What You Do Day‑to‑day- Prompt daily attendance at the assigned work location.
- Clean and maintain the shop.
- Provide excellent service with a smile to customers.
- Perform daily repairs of equipment at the shop or on‑site, including carpet extractors, automatic scrubbers, vacuums, restoration and remediation equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain towel, tissue, soap, sanitizer, and chemical dispensing equipment on site.
- Maintain and repair laundry, ware‑wash, and other kitchen‑related dispensing equipment on site.
- Unload and load equipment off/on trucks; lift freight and other objects up to 50 lbs (frequently) and occasionally >75 lbs; safely operate heavy equipment; walk, stand, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary.
- Push/pull 2,650 lbs using mechanical aids such as hand trucks, hydraulic lifts, and barrel dollies.
- Utilize computers for communication and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license; licensed driver for at least 3 years.
- Mechanical and electrical experience.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work and educational experience.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English;
Spanish is a plus. - Basic math skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated communication with vendors and customers.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
This position will report directly to the Director of Service and Retail. It is part‑time with around 24 flexible hours per week, offering a pay range of $22.00–$27.50 per hour depending on experience level. Please provide your resume with references.
