This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in New Castle, DE. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The technician will handle industrial and residential maintenance projects, ensuring all property systems and equipment operate efficiently and effectively. Additional duties may include responding promptly to repair requests and maintaining clear documentation of maintenance activities.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
• Familiarity with Industrial Maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate maintenance tools or equipment
• Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus
