You’ll also contribute to monthly reporting, safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) monitoring, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Adhering to established safety procedures at the New Castle Facility.
  • Managing the Excluded Matter Damage claims process.
  • Updating and creating PowerPoint presentations and reports as required.

  • Applying problem-solving and innovation skills to address a wide variety of project management challenges.
  • Setting up project data in Power BI or other company digital platforms to facilitate data management and trend prediction.
  • Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce costs, reduce inventory, and increase sales, while fostering a culture of employee engagement.
All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of project management principles and tools.

  • Familiarity with safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and innovation skills to address project management challenges.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing KPIs to track project performance.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
