Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager Associated in New Castle, DE, US we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed in alignment with Alstom’s strategies, commitments, and goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, planning, logistics, sourcing, purchasing, and engineering), manage Excluded Matter Damage (EMD) claims to ensure timely closure, and assist with setting up project data in Power BI or other digital platforms to enable data management and trend prediction.
You’ll also contribute to monthly reporting, safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) monitoring, and much more.
- Adhering to established safety procedures at the New Castle Facility.
- Managing the Excluded Matter Damage claims process.
- Updating and creating PowerPoint presentations and reports as required.
- Creating monthly status reports and presenting results.
- Collaborating with project management, planning, logistics, sourcing, purchasing, and engineering teams.
- Assisting Project Management and Contract Management with drafting and managing contractual letters.
- Applying problem-solving and innovation skills to address a wide variety of project management challenges.
- Setting up project data in Power BI or other company digital platforms to facilitate data management and trend prediction.
- Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce costs, reduce inventory, and increase sales, while fostering a culture of employee engagement.

- Degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and innovation skills to address project management challenges.
- Proficiency in creating and managing KPIs to track project performance.
