Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our Community Response Branch at the Overdose Response Center (ORC) in New Castle, DE. Job Responsibilities- Supervise ORC Community Response Branch Staff, including PORTs and the CRT Coordinator.
- Provide peer and case manager clinical supervision for assigned staff.
- Assist in establishing ORC processes and procedures with the ORC Director.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and neighborhood resources.
- Implement deployment orders and plans for PORT and other deployable assets.
- Assist in data analysis and decision-making for branch activities.
- Investigate planning/deployment concerns and recommend solutions.
- Engage local partners before, during, and after deployments, and debrief with partners.
- Flex schedules to staff the center for regular 7-day week operations, including weekend and evening shifts.
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or achievable within 6 months.
- Willingness to work on-site at Springer 203 Mitchell Lane, New Castle, DE.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and Sunday on the 1st shift.
- Experience in community outreach or crisis management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
