Operations Branch Manager
Location:
New Castle, DE 19720 Client: DSAMH EPGA Duration: 12 Months Compensation: $35/hour (W2) $38/hour (1099)
The Operations Branch Manager is a key leadership role within the Overdose Response Center (ORC), the division’s near–real-time analytics and operational hub supporting statewide overdose and opioid response efforts.
The ORC operates seven days a week and coordinates outreach and partner teams to engage communities at both neighborhood and individual levels. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding data-informed decision-making, and developing effective deployment strategies in collaboration with leadership and partner agencies.
