The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our expanding Fixed Operations leadership team.
This opportunity is ideal for a proven service leader who wants long-term growth, strong support, and the ability to make a real impact within a high-performing dealership organization.

As an Automotive Service Manager, you ll lead daily service operations while developing and coaching a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. You ll have the tools and leadership support needed to drive results.

- 2–3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Flexible availability to support service operations
