As
Team Lead (f/m/x) Content Operations – France,you will lead our Berlin-based French-speaking Content Operations team and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the market.

You will combine team leadership, operational ownership, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with Sales, Product and other internal teams.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you will play an active role in improving the way the team works, collaborates, and supports our clients. You will also play a key role in aligning and standardizing best practices and workflows between our French- and German-speaking Operations teams. You will make decisions that contribute to the company's success and help drive their implementation.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support the French-speaking Content Operations team
• Set clear priorities and ensure a balanced workload across the team
• Organize regular team check-ins to align priorities, share information, and address operational issues
• Drive onboarding, individual growth, and knowledge-sharing within the team

Operations & Process Improvement

• Use tools such as Salesforce and JIRA to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Use operational data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and the use of tools and data across the team
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that reduce repetitive manual work and improve efficiency
• Use AI tools to improve operational workflows and increase team productivity
• Define, document, and maintain clear best practices for recurring operational tasks and client handling

Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact between Content Operations, Sales, Product, and other internal teams
• Coordinate priorities and follow-up across teams when topics require shared ownership
• Ensure relevant information is communicated clearly within the team and across stakeholders

• Proven experience in operations or customer/business operations roles, preferably within a tech, digital product, or scale-up environment
• Prior experience leading a team is a plus
• Strong organizational, process, and project management skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and different levels of seniority
• Strong AI mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools to automate tasks, improve workflows, and increase team productivity
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
• Experience with Power BI and Jira is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken French (C2) and English at C1 level
