What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead with Empathy:
Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.
* Drive Safety Excellence:
Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader.
* Boost Efficiency:
Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems.
* Deliver Results:
Hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems.
* Engage and Inspire:
Participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.

What You Bring to the Table:
* 5+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent education).
* Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus!).
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A passion for developing people and improving processes.
* A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
