You will assist with the safe and efficient operation of machinery, ensure materials meet quality specifications, and occasionally use a sit-down forklift to stage materials. • Assist operators in the production of materials in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with operational guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure materials consistently meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular quality checks on materials and products and accurately document all inspection results.
• Use a sit-down forklift to stage and move materials as needed, approximately 10% of the time.
• Support production line activities, including machine operation, general production tasks, and assembly line work.
• Participate in compounding and other manufacturing processes as directed by operators or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and company procedures, including proper use of equipment and personal safety practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, and needs.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or process discrepancies promptly to operators or management.
• Adhere to rotating 12-hour shift schedules and demonstrate reliable attendance to support consistent production operations.

You will work around production lines, machinery, and compounding equipment, and will use a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time. The position follows rotating 12-hour shifts, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, DE.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
