• Operate continuous roll‑to‑roll/web processing equipment such as calendaring, extrusion, lamination, slitting, coating, converting
• Work a 24/7 rotating shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Adhere to safety regulations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Apply strong mathematical skills
• Troubleshoot production issues, manage yields, and maintain cGMP and ISO standards

• High school diploma or GED (verified prior to start)
• 1+ year experience operating roll‑to‑roll or similar manufacturing equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employment‑visa sponsorship

• Background check required
• Drug testing required
