Assembles minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations. Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, sniping, tying, or trimming either manually or by machine. Performs basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning. May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors.

Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Typical job titles include:

** to work in our plant to support the manufacturing of our filtration products.

* Summary:

** This position is responsible for efficient operation related to the production of our Eco Sorb product line. This role ensures product quality, safety and efficiency throughout the process while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
*
* Position Responsibilities:

*** Maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Understand and follow all safety procedures.
* Operate various types of equipment, including blenders and baggers.
* Remove and palletize finished product
* Perform and document production of Ecosorb products.
* Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
* Complete all required documentation that relates to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, etc).
* Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel. Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
* Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
* Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:20000 standards.

*** Ability to read and understand specifications.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
* Ability to use various measuring instruments.
* Ability to perform basic math functions.
* Computer literate/able to use PLC interface.
* Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
