Manufacturing Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand soldering, blueprint reading, and quality-focused assembly processes.

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM)
• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Conduct basic functional testing and document results
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow quality and EHS procedures at all times

• 1–3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in life sciences, medical device, biotech, electronics, or similar regulated industries preferred
• Proven hand soldering experience (through-hole and/or SMT)
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
