Christiana Care Home Health is seeking part‑time LPNs to work in Newark, Wilmington or Kent/Sussex, Delaware, within our Private Duty Nursing department. This exciting position offers schedule flexibility.

• Provide overnight care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring the patient’s safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate care with the family, the patient’s physician and other healthcare professionals.
• Create positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive and courteous manner.
• Work overnight and weekends.

• Delaware LPN license with at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Associate’s degree or completion of an accredited LPN education program.
• Experience in an acute or chronic care facility, or home‑health agency, preferred.
• Previous home‑healthcare and long‑term care experience preferred.
• Must be able to attend a two‑week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient‑specific field orientation on night shift. Also requires a mandatory weekend per month; some flexibility in the orientation schedule is available and can be discussed.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.

This is a flat‑rate position; any individual hired into this position will be paid $27.96.00 per hour plus any applicable differential for working 20 or 30 hours per week. The pay rate represents Christie Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual factors, including skills, relevant experience and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
