The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) coordinates and supports care for patients with prostate, bladder, and testicular cancers. The role involves guiding patients through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Coordinate and track oncology patient care across the treatment journey
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and side effects
• Serve as primary patient contact and advocate
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and support services
• Assist with treatment planning, protocols, and medication coordination
• Support insurance, financial, and community resource navigation
• Track patient progress, maintain records, and update cancer registries
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and clinical teams

• BSN required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience (oncology/urology preferred)
• RN license required
• BLS required; OCN preferred or required within 24 months
• Strong communication, organization, and patient coordination skills

Clinical setting with regular collaboration across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
