Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to service patients in homes across eastern PA and Delaware. The role involves traveling within the region to deliver life-changing infusion therapy and build strong patient relationships.
You will work with pharmacists and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, document every assessment and treatment, and coordinate updates. Valid RN license, 2 years of RN experience, and IV skills are required.
