Compensation

• Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour.
• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Tasks include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
