Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and enhance safety.;
Mitigate theft and fraud through monitoring behavior and communications with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Identify theft indicators and report to Store Leadership; participate in shortage reduction initiatives and staff education.;
Provide customer service and engage with customers and associates professionally while adhering to company policies.;
Assist with training and educating associates on shortage reduction and loss prevention initiatives.
