ADT Solutions Advisor for Businesses. You will take advantage of our line of innovative automation and smart security products and solutions to help make businesses smarter, and people safer.

• Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses and demonstrating the value of ADT products and services.
• Explain our products and services in depth and recommend the right solutions for customers.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Build relationships with customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication and creative skills to convey product value.
• Willingness to learn and apply specialized training and technology.
• Curiosity for the newest tech and ability to adapt to competitive and customer needs.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Experience engaging with small business customers and understanding technology trends and business challenges is preferred, but not required.

• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
• Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
