As a Life Safety Systems Executive (Electronic), you'll represent Johnson Controls at the front line of one of the most critical and in-demand markets - fire and life safety systems.
This isn't just another sales role - you'll be a trusted advisor, driving new business while growing long-term relationships in your territory. You'll take full ownership of your pipeline, from prospecting through close, and play a key role in expanding Johnson Controls' presence in a rapidly evolving market.

- Create compelling financial justifications and proposals that clearly communicate ROI
- Confidently present, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers
- Partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through delivery
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded business
- Track your pipeline, metrics, and performance with a strong command of CRM tools
- Represent Johnson Controls at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
We're looking for a self-driven, competitive, and disciplined sales professional who knows how to build a pipeline and close business.
Required:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in electronic systems or a related industry
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence buyers
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering
- 8+ years of success in fire/life safety or related technical sales
- Experience working with electrical contractors and reading blueprints/wiring diagrams
- NICET Level II certification
As a Building Account Executive - New Construction, you'll lead the charge in shaping the next generation of smart, connected buildings. You'll sit at the intersection of technology, construction, and strategy, driving large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects from vision through execution.
