What You'll Do

* Handle inbound calls and internet leads

* Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

* Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience

* Maintain and update online vehicle listings

* Generate and track leads through CRM systems

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms

* Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach

* Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed

What We're Looking For

* Customer service or call center experience preferred

* Strong communication and phone skills

* Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

* Positive, energetic, and motivated personality

* Self-starter with a strong work ethic

* Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)

* High School Diploma or GED required
