Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative

Nucar Chevrolet, a Chevrolet dealership within DCD Automotive Holdings, is hiring a full‑time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $125,000+ per year, plus generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid holidays, paid sick time, paid vacation, company‑paid life insurance and paid training.

Sell and lease new and used vehicles at the dealership showroom or lot. Explain vehicle features, financing, and leasing alternatives; prepare and submit all paperwork; ensure vehicles are ready for delivery. Follow up with prospects, maintain industry knowledge, and meet or exceed sales performance standards set by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
• Ability to explain equity, values, and depreciation to customers
• 1-2 years of sales experience required (2+ preferred)

Full‑time, 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
