What You’ll Do- Assist in the development and execution of communication projects across all channels, including the creation, revision, and implementation of communication materials.
- Create high‑quality written content for letters, emails, online content and chatbot scripting, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Coordinate quick responses to issues requiring remediation with relevant business, IT, and risk partners.
- Handle multiple projects on tight timelines and serve as a subject‑matter expert for processes, programs, and products related to applicable communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for a variety of audiences and communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various communication channels, including digital platforms, print, and email.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Highly proficient in communication tools and software, such as content‑management systems, Policy Tech, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits.
- Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and build positive relationships.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Writing sample and document revision required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or equivalent.
- Preferred: 5+ years in the financial industry (preferably marketing‑ or service‑related roles). 1-2 years of project management experience.
