ROLE SUMMARY

In this role, you will be part of the Cardiology (CARD) Team’s mission to promote breakthrough therapies for patients with NVAF or VTE. As a CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP), you will increase territory sales and build relationships with assigned customers through product promotion and business strategy.

• Drive sales in the assigned territory.
• Engage customers both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact.
• Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools for successful interaction.
• Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Use product and disease‑state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations, while adhering to approved clinical information and patient resources.
• Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer’s objectives in a compliant manner.
• Complete all administrative expectations on time and in compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), or Full‑Time Military experience.
• Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record; any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies you from being hired.

• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or related marketing.
• Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, outstanding communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Experience with relevant disease states, therapeutic area, and products.
• Knowledge of territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
• Reside within the territory boundaries.

July 17, 2026. Salary range: $76,000 – $199,600. During initial new‑hire training you will be a non‑exempt employee for overtime purposes. Upon certification you will become exempt. Additional quarterly sales incentive bonus is offered.
