- Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
- Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
- High-energy and competitive by nature
- A strong, confident phone communicator

- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- A fast learner with strong follow-up discipline
- Experienced in sales or home improvement — a plus, but not required
