• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture and mattress features, warranties, and promotions
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
• Create attractive, well-organized merchandise presentations on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately, including special orders and delivery arrangements
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with team members and managers to support store events and promotional activities
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns in a professional, solution-focused manner
