Sales & Customer Service Representative

Starting pay: $20 / hour + bonus

The primary work location will be 83 Christiana Rd, New Castle, DE 19720. However, during the first two weeks of training, reporting to the Dover office will be required.

In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend/sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
• Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales.
• Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and customer satisfaction goals.
• Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
• Participate in other sales, marketing, and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales-driven experience preferred!
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Motivated by exceeding goals.
• Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone.
• Accurate; consistent attention to detail.
• Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other basic computer skills.
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
