Security Operations Center Analyst

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Operations Center Analyst in New Castle, DE. Starting pay $24 per hour.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six (6) months of Data Center security and/or Security Operations Center experience
• Experience in Access Control Systems to include access badge modification (issuing badges, changing access levels, enrolling and encoding biometrics, PINs and creating proper system notes)
• Experience operating CCTV and the use of PTZ, IR and stationary camera systems
• Experience in Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) Emergency Call Alert systems
• Experience using and operating handheld radio systems
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to assess risks in ambiguous and complex situations

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. This role involves serving and safeguarding clients across industries such as Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more, with flexible shifts.

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Laws and licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• No prior experience required
• At least 18 years of age, or higher if required by state (21 years, if armed)
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
