Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures and site-specific policies;
Screen people, packages, and/or personal property entering or leaving the location to support access control and loss prevention procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with location-based variations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and leadership
