Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce site rules, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations;
Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed
