What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances
- Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
- Respond promptly to resident service requests
- Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
We’re seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements- Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- High school diploma or GED
- Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Snow removal required as needed
