What You'll Do
* Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
* Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality standards
* Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective action
* Serve as a technical resource for field technicians, offering coaching and guidance when needed
* Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and controls operation
* Ensure all work aligns with F.H. Furr quality standards, manufacturer specs, and industry best practices
* Document findings clearly and professionally
* Represent F.H. Furr with a customer‑first, solutions‑focused mindset
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic depth
* Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, controls)
* Proven ability to troubleshoot non‑routine, high‑level technical issues
* Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
* EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
* Strong communication skills-calm, clear, and professional
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
