HVAC Technician

Evergreen Apartment Group OWNS and operates close to 2,000 apartments with no investors or equity partners in/around New Castle County Delaware. We own everything we manage (no contracts to lose or inconsistent in workflow). The company was established over 40 years ago and has never sold any of our properties. Everything we own is with a long-term view and with consistent re-investment into our communities.

Our mechanics go into our resident's homes to repair/install Residential Heating and Air-conditioning systems/components.

With our tools, resources, and the advantages of being part of the multi-family industry, our technicians are able to have consistent 8:30am - 5:00pm work schedules with a very competitive base salary and great job satisfaction!

This is a full-time job only executing work at the properties we own in New Castle County. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are an incredibly stable and consistent company with 100% full-time/year-round work.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a HVAC Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and working vehicle for transportation to work
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated attitude
