Commercial Hvac Service Technician

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and HVAC Systems
• Experience with chiller and boiler maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs isdesired but not required
• Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices
• Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE
• Keeping appropriate records and documentation

• 5 + years’ experience as a HVAC Technician
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
