Pay: $22/hour+ Sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days!

Experience: 1 to 3 years of related experience is required.

Education: High School diploma or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (On-call nights and weekendsrotation)

Hire One Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Conduct daily inspections of common areas, hallways, parking lots, and building exteriors to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.

Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, and unclogging drains.

Assist in changing HVAC filters and monitoring system performance.

Repair or replace door locks, handles, and hinges as needed.

Assist with painting, drywall repairs, and other minor carpentry tasks.

Maintain the cleanliness of the maintenance shop, tools, and equipment.

Respond promptly to work orders, providing updates on status and completion.

Support higher-level technicians during complex repairs or installations.

Document completed work and report any recurring issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional property site visits.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
