Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (On-call nights and weekends rotation)

Job Description
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures; repair or replace wiring and fixtures as needed.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging pipes, and replacing fixtures.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical panels, breaker boxes, and other electrical components; perform repairs or coordinate with licensed electricians.
  • Perform HVAC maintenance such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing thermostats.
  • Install or replace appliances, fixtures, and equipment such as sinks, toilets, and lighting.
  • Assist with small-scale remodeling projects and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or parts procurement.
  • Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations.
  • Train and supervise Level 1 technicians when needed, providing guidance on technical tasks.
  • Position Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to learn and work within property management and work order software systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional property site visits.
