What You'll Do:

* Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers

* Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs

* Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment

* Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains

* Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs

* Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance

* Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs

* Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed

* Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided)

What We're Looking For:

* 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred

* Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Valid driver's license with good driving record

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks

* Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional
