Family Service Assistant II Casual/Seasonal
The Family Service Assistant II casual/seasonal position supports staff and others by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding in a helpful and timely manner. The incumbent also serves as the front line of support for clients and families and helps to ensure they are satisfied, visits individuals in homes or the community to gather and provide information, advises clients regarding community resources, consults with their supervisor concerning programs for individual families, transports and accompanies clients to shopping areas or to appointments using an automobile, works side-by-side with staff and other essential members of the family engagement team to support families and encourage them to be fully engaged in all aspects of their treatment.
The incumbent may also assist clients in identifying and obtaining available benefits and social and community services.
