Community Resource Specialist
A Community Resource Specialist (CRS) engages with families to promote and support a youth to remain in or return to the community through connection to individualized, community-based services and resources. A CRS performs as a member of a team and is responsible for coordinating and facilitating collaborative team meetings with youth, families, & other professionals to understand their unique needs. This CRS carries a caseload, assists in determining service eligibility, works with all parties involved in the development and facilitation of actionable plans (including community-based organizations and agencies), and periodically re-assesses the family's goals and needs.
This position will work primarily in New Castle County & may assist with cases in Kent and Sussex Counties.
