• Starting salary of $1,925 per week.
• Drivers earn $300.30 per day for 6 working days and $125 per day for reset days.
• Optional driver trainer role adds $100 per day after one year.
• Sign‑On Bonus of $1,500 paid after orientation and training.
• Training pay and bonus: $125 per day during two‑week shadow training plus a completion bonus after the first load.
• Fly home every 21 days with 7 days company‑paid off‑time.
• Trucks are dedicated to each driver—no slip‑seated arrangement.
• Assigned new Peterbilt 579 trucks with advanced comfort.
• Secure project‑site parking for home time.

• Drive dedicated regional projects across all 48 states.
• Operate Class A trucks with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Maintain a schedule of 21 work days followed by 7 days home at company expense.
• Transport cryogenic products safely and reliably.
• Fly home as needed and manage layovers.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete required training, shadow periods, and job orientation.

• CDL‑A with valid Hazmat and Tanker endorsements at the time of application.
• Minimum of 1 year of OTR or regional experience within the past 3 years.
• Must pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test (no exceptions).
• Clean driving record:
  No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years, no major moving violations, maximum 2 moving violations.
• No DUI/DWI in a CMV ever or in a personal vehicle within the last 10 years.
• No felony convictions.
• Applicants cannot have ever failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test.
• Maximum of 5 jobs in the last 3 years, including orientations.
• Willing to work in all 48 states and fly as needed.
• California residents or CDL holders are not eligible.
