Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will provide critical daily operational support—managing data entry, verifying shipping documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring our customers receive world‑class service. Salary: $19.99 – $20 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

7:30 AM – 4 PM

Education:

High School

• Data Management: Accurate entry of customer transportation data, purchase orders, logistics timelines, and rates into our core software systems.
• Document Verification: Review incoming shipping documents, invoices, and billing forms for accuracy (dates, times, locations, and counts).
• Tracking & Tracing: Actively monitor order statuses, arrival times, and confirmations through systems and vendor networks.
• Customer Care: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, provide basic quotes, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying potential service or operational bottlenecks and work collaboratively with teammates to resolve them quickly.

• Data Entry (1 year of experience required)
• Supply Chain (2 years of experience preferred)
• Order Processing (1 year of experience preferred)
